1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dada8 platform (the "Operator") and its services. By accessing, registering for, or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Changes to Terms
Dada8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published within the platform and is effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a modification is material, Dada8 may provide notice and an opportunity to terminate your account without penalty.
3. Eligibility
Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction may register and use the platform. Access by persons located or resident in jurisdictions where gambling, betting, or similar activities are illegal is prohibited. You must not assist, facilitate, or conceal access by such persons to the platform. Dada8 reserves the right to verify age and eligibility and to suspend or terminate accounts failing to meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Account Registration and Security
To use the platform, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Dada8 immediately. Dada8 may require KYC (know your customer) documentation to verify identity and to approve or continue certain transactions, including withdrawals. Suspensions, restrictions, or termination may occur pending verification outcomes.
5. In-Platform Currencies and Value
The platform uses internal credits and rewards that have no real-world monetary value. Credits are issued solely for participation in platform activities and may be earned, credited, or debited in accordance with the applicable in-platform rules. Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for real money outside the platform, and may be subject to caps, expiration, or forfeiture at Dada8’s discretion in accordance with these Terms and any Bonus Terms. Any redemption or withdrawal of credits is governed by the platform’s defined reward mechanics and does not create ownership of real-world funds.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the platform to violate applicable law, facilitate unlawful activities, or undermine platform integrity. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Fraud, money laundering, or financing of illicit activity.
- Collusion, match manipulation, or use of third-party services to gain an unfair advantage.
- Use of automated tools, bots, or scripting to interact with the platform unless explicitly authorized.
- Registration of multiple accounts, or use of accounts by third parties to circumvent restrictions.
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass wagering requirements, or redeem bonuses in bad faith.
Dada8 may suspend, terminate, or take other remedial actions against accounts implicated in prohibited conduct, including forfeiture of balances and winnings.
7. Promotions, Bonuses and Rewards
Promotions, bonuses, and rewards are governed by separate Bonus Terms and any general terms herein. Each promotion is subject to its own eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, and caps. Dada8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion at any time and without notice if there is a reasonable basis to believe a promotion is being abused or manipulated. When a bonus is active, certain limits apply to wagering and betting amounts as specified in the Bonus Terms, and bets that exceed those limits may not count toward wagering requirements.
Example framework (illustrative only): a Welcome Bonus may offer a 100% match up to a specified amount with a wagering requirement of 30x the combined value of deposit and bonus. The maximum bet while the bonus is active may be capped at a defined limit per spin or bet. Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions, and the promoter may revoke bonuses if rules are breached. Time limits for completing wagering must be observed, or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
8. Prizes, Withdrawals and Settlement
Withdrawal of funds or rewards is subject to verification, eligibility, and adherence to these Terms and any applicable Bonus Terms. Dada8 may require identity verification prior to processing withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the platform’s standard processing timelines and may be delayed for compliance checks or suspicious activity review. Winnings are subject to any applicable wagering requirements, caps, and limits. Non-cash components issued through the platform do not constitute real-world currency and are subject to platform rules regarding redemption and settlement.
9. Payment Methods and Security
Dada8 supports payment methods published within the platform’s cashier module. All payments are processed in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, and may require identity verification. Transactions are final except as otherwise provided by these Terms or by the specific Promotion Terms. Chargebacks or reversals may result in account restrictions or termination and forfeiture of balances or winnings per the platform rules.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and technical elements on the Dada8 platform are owned by the Operator or licensed to the Operator. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. No rights, title, or interest in any platform content are conveyed beyond this license.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collection and processing on the Dada8 platform is governed by the platform’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Dada8 implements reasonable security measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security.
12. Disputes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered. You and Dada8 agree to attempt to resolve disputes through a pre-trial resolution process, including a written notice of claim detailing the dispute and requested remedy. If unresolved within a reasonable period, disputes may be brought in the competent courts located in the Operator’s registered jurisdiction or handled via agreed arbitration, as applicable under the governing law. The venue and methods for dispute resolution shall be as determined by the Operator’s governing law.
13. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dada8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Dada8 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform. The total liability of Dada8 for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dada8 in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Termination, Suspension, and Account Closure
Dada8 may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms, risk of fraud, breach of KYC/AML requirements, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the platform or other users. Upon termination, remaining balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and applicable Bonus Terms. You may also terminate your account by following the in-platform procedures, subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.
15. Severability, Entire Agreement, and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dada8 regarding the platform and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
16. Force Majeure
Dada8 will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, power outages, or network disruptions.
17. Promotional Abuse and Compliance
Dada8 reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse of promotions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and recovery of any paid-out funds. Users must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when participating in promotions.
