1. Introduction
The following Sports Rules govern the use of the Dada8 sportsbook. By placing a Bet on the Dada8 platform, the End User acknowledges reading, understanding and agreeing to be bound by these Rules at all times applicable to sportsbook activity. The Rules comprise General Rules, Sport Rules, Esports Rules and related companion provisions. The Operator conducts its betting activities in accordance with the laws and regulatory framework applicable to its licensed jurisdiction. The Operator reserves the right to modify site offerings, betting limits and payout limits without prior notice. These Rules may be updated, amended or supplemented at any time without notice, and any such changes may apply to bets placed prior to the change where permitted by law.
2. Definitions
- Sportsbook — the online platform and all connected technology and services provided by Dada8 for the purpose of offering bets on events.
- End User — a natural person who uses the Sportsbook and has agreed to these Rules.
- Bet — a risk-based agreement between the End User and Dada8 on the outcome of an Event, Market or set of Markets, entered by the End User through the placement of a Stake and which may yield Winnings or Loss, subject to these Rules.
- Stake — the amount of money transferred by the End User to Dada8 via the Sportsbook platform, which constitutes the principal condition for participation in a Bet.
- Outcome — the result of an Event or Market on which a Bet is placed.
- Market — an individual or grouped set of selections relating to an Event on which a Stake may be placed.
- Event — a sports, esports, virtual sports or other event taking place in real time on which Dada8 offers Odds.
- Odds — the numerical coefficient used to calculate Winnings in relation to an Event outcome.
- Winnings — the amount paid to the End User as a result of a Bet satisfying the applicable criteria.
- Operator — the legal entity operating the Dada8 sportsbook in accordance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
No End User may access the Sportsbook, open an End User account or place a Stake if the End User does not meet the applicable gambling age in their jurisdiction. The minimum age shall be at least eighteen (18) years, unless a higher age is required by law in the End User's jurisdiction, and verification of age may be required by the Operator.
In the event of inconsistencies between language versions of these Rules, the English language version governs interpretation and enforcement, unless a different interpretation is required by law.
4. General Rules
- 4.1 Age compliance is a prerequisite to use of the Sportsbook and the placing of Bets.
- 4.2 In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail for interpretation.
- 4.3 Once a Bet is accepted, it cannot be reversed. The Operator shall not be responsible for any missing or duplicate Stakes, and requests to alter accepted Bets will not be reviewed.
- 4.4 End Users may review their Bets and related transactions in the designated interface to confirm acceptance and recording.
- 4.5 Statistical data or editorial content published on the Sportsbook is for information and entertainment purposes only and is not a warranty or basis for decision making. The End User remains responsible for any decisions arising from Event or Market awareness.
- 4.6 The use of automated systems (scanners, bots, or similar technologies) on the Sportsbook is prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to cancel any Bet made using such systems.
- 4.7 The use of multiple or third‑party accounts to access the Sportsbook is prohibited. Bets placed in contravention of this rule are void.
- 4.8 Offerings of Events and Markets may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable law.
- 4.9 The Sportsbook relies on reputable data sources for determining outcomes. Where not expressly disclosed in these Rules, data sources may be disclosed to the End User upon request.
- 4.10 In case of any contradictions: Market Rules prevail over Sport Rules, which in turn prevail over General Rules. In the absence of specific Market Rules or Sport Rules, General Rules apply.
5. Placing a Bet
- 5.1 All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Rules and to applicable law.
- 5.2 For a Bet to be valid, it must be expressly confirmed as accepted by a corresponding confirmation in the betslip.
- 5.3 The Operator retains full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time.
5.4 Bet Types
- 5.4.1 Single: A Bet on a single outcome. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the Odds.
- 5.4.2 Combo (Accumulator): A Bet on multiple independent outcomes. To win, all selections must be correct. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the product of the Odds.
- 5.4.3 System: A set of multiple Combo Bets derived from a fixed selection of outcomes. Each constituent bet is settled separately, with overall payout determined by the sum of outcomes within the System.
- 5.4.4 Trixie: Comprises one treble and two doubles derived from three selections. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the total Odds.
- 5.4.5 Patent: Comprises one treble, three doubles and three singles from three selections. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the total Odds.
- 5.4.6 Yankee: A fourfold with associated trebles and doubles as defined by the bet offer. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the total Odds.
- 5.4.7 Canadian (Super Yankee): A fivefold with a combination of trebles and doubles and related components. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the total Odds.
- 5.4.8 Heinz: A sixfold with an expanded combination structure. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the total Odds.
- 5.4.9 Super Heinz: A sevenfold with an expanded combination structure. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the total Odds.
- 5.4.10 Goliath: An eightfold with an extended combination structure. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the total Odds.
- 5.4.11 Other multi-bet structures are offered as specified at the time of bet placement.
- 5.4.12 If an odds value contains more than two decimal places, the payout is rounded to the second decimal place.
5.5 Cash Out: A discretionary feature that allows the End User to settle an active Bet early under revised terms. Cash Out may be available for pre‑match and live bets. The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw Cash Out offers at any time without prior notice.
5.6 Bet Builder: A Bet on multiple Markets within the same Event. All selections must be correct to win. Bet Builder availability is subject to sport and Event and is at the sole discretion of the Sportsbook. Bet Builder bets may be included in Combo or System bets and are governed by the terms applicable to those structures.
5.7 Early Payout: A discretionary feature that settles a Bet as a winner when predefined settlement conditions are met, irrespective of the final outcome. Markets eligible for Early Payout are identified by a designation. Availability and conditions are determined at the sole discretion of the Sportsbook and may vary by event or market. Early Payout may be offered for single or multi-bet combinations, including Bet Builder bets. If a Bet is settled early, no further payout will be made if the original selection would later win. The Sportsbook may suspend, modify or remove Early Payout at any time.
5.8 Market Types
- 5.8.1 Match (1X2): Home win (1), Draw (X), Away win (2).
- 5.8.2 Correct Score: Exact final score.
- 5.8.3 Over/Under (Totals): Predict whether the total goals, points, or other measure will be over or under a specified line.
- 5.8.4 Odd/Even: Outcome is an odd or even number.
- 5.8.5 Head-to-Head / Triple-Head: Comparisons among two or three participants.
- 5.8.6 Half Time / Full Time: Predict results at half-time and at full time.
- 5.8.7 Period Betting: Outcome within specified periods of the Event.
- 5.8.8 Draw No Bet: Bet on a team to win; stake returned if draw occurs.
- 5.8.9 Handicap: A balancing adjustment applied to one side.
- 5.8.10 Asian Handicap: Split stake across two handicap lines with potential partial win or loss.
- 5.8.11 Double Chance: Bet on two outcomes (1X, 12, or X2).
- 5.8.12 Outright / Place: Bet on tournament placement or victory.
- 5.8.13 Quarter / Half / Period X: Bets confined to specific segments of the event.
- 5.8.14 Winner of Point X / Scorer of Goal X: Bets on achieving a defined milestone within the event.
6. Live Betting
- 6.1 Live odds reflect real-time developments and may change between bet selection and acceptance.
- 6.2 Live bets are settled according to results immediately available after the event and official sources; subsequent changes are not retroactively applied unless specified by the Rules.
- 6.3 The Operator may settle Live bets based on its own statistics in the progress of the game where official data is not available or conflicting.
- 6.4 Bets on outcomes determined during an event remain valid, including if the event is temporarily interrupted, unless otherwise stated in the Rules.
- 6.5 Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the start of the event.
- 6.6 If a match is abandoned or not completed within forty-eight (48) hours of start, Live bets on undecided outcomes may be void or settled at odds of 1. In events where decisions have been unconditionally determined, settlement will proceed per those determinations.
- 6.7 The line's date and time reflect the close of bet acceptance for the event and may not coincide with the actual start time of the event as recorded by official documents.
- 6.8 The Operator may block access to a user account upon detection of automated betting activity or other prohibited conduct.
7. Settlement, Disputes and Void
- 7.1 Bets are settled based on official final results or, if official sources are unavailable, on the Operator's audited statistics. Where discrepancies arise between official sources, the Operator's determination governs.
- 7.2 If a match is not completed or is suspended and not resumed within the applicable window, not decided markets may be voided, or settled at odds of 1, as determined by the Rules.
- 7.3 A Dead Heat is settled by dividing the stake proportionally between the number of winners; pay-outs reflect the proportionate share of the stake to each winning outcome.
- 7.4 If a market is displayed with incorrect information or prices, the Operator reserves the right to void or correct the market in accordance with the general Betting Rules.
- 7.5 In the absence of an official result, settlements will be based on the best available official sources or the Operator's internal statistics in a manner that is fair to the End User.
8. Prohibited Conduct and Security
- 8.1 The Operator will not accept bets from individuals who have not reached the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction, or who are otherwise prohibited by law.
- 8.2 It is prohibited to participate in underhand or collusive activity or to provide or seek information intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- 8.3 The use of automated systems, bots or other means designed to manipulate betting activity is prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.
- 8.4 The Operator may block, suspend or close accounts where suspicious activity is detected or where terms are violated, without prior notice.
9. Data, Privacy and Communications
The Operator will process End User data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Operator's Privacy Policy. Communications regarding Bets and account activity may be conducted via the contact details provided by the End User and the in‑platform messaging system.
10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Amendments
These Rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Operator is licensed. Any disputes arising from or related to these Rules and Bets shall be resolved by the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law. The Operator may amend these Rules at any time, and updated versions shall apply to Bets placed after their effective date.
